We guarantee all of our products against manufacturer defect.  This means that if any defect occurs to a product that is a result of faulty manufacturing, we will happily send out a replacement ASAP.  This includes damage that does NOT occur from standard use or wear and tear. Such defects may include broken zipper teeth in concentrated areas, leaking insulation from the seams, or stitching failures.

If you don't think your damaged item falls into our warranty category, we also facilitate repairs with our very capable seamstress partner.  We make this process as easy as possible by connecting you directly with them! Repairs may include small rips or holes, snagged or loose threads, and snap replacements. Don't see your repair listed? Still submit a request and our partner will let you know if it's something they can repair.
