The SYNC Team is a collection of up and coming athletes who compete for teams and clubs across the country. For the 2025/2024 season, the SYNC Team consists of 16 athletes ages 15 to 19 years who will represent SYNC and our partners, SHRED and The Feed, all season long.
Audrey Crowley
Audrey is 17 years old from Eagle, Colorado and skis for Ski and Snowboard Club Vail. For the 2024/2025 season, Audrey's goals are to build confidence in races and learn to trust her abilities as an athlete.
Caiyu Demaggio
Caiyu is 15 years old from Sugar Hill, New Hampshire. Caiyu skis for Bretton Woods and his goals for the 2023/2024 season are to make the flp at NorAms and to win E-Cup and U18 Nationals.
Katharina Cosby
Katharina is 16 years old from Steamboat Springs, Colorado and skis for Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club. Katharina's goals for the 2024/2025 season are to continue developing her skill set and to qualify for World Juniors.
Carson Hume
Carson is 19 years old from Frisco, Colorado and skis for Ski and Snowboard Club Vail. Carson's goals for the 2024/2025 season are to qualify for the FIS Alpine Junior World Ski Championships and for the U.S. Ski Team.
Katie Rowekamp
Katie is 17 years old from Girdwood, Alaska, and skis for Burke Mountain Academy. Katie's goals for the 2024/2025 season are to improve on pre race day preparedness and work on mindset and mentality.
DOMINICK DEGUARDIA
Dominick is a 17 year old from Turin, New York, and skis for West Mountain Racing. Dominick's goals for the 2023/2024 season are place in the top 3 for Juniors at NorAms, improve his FIS world ranking, and to regain full confidence after his knee injury.
Logan Grosdidier
Logan is 16 years old from Wenatchee, Washington, and skis for Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club. Logan's goals for the 2024/2025 season are to aim for a top 15 result at USSA nationals and a top 3 result at U18 nationals.
Finlay German
Finlay is 16 years old and skis for Green Mountain Valley School. Finlay's goals for the 2024/2025 season are to get stronger, lower his fis points, and ski fast.
Roxy Coatesworth
Roxy is 17 years old from Golden, B.C., and skis for APEX2100. Roxy's goals for the 2024/2025 season are to compete in NorAm’s and World Juniors, and continue lowering her points in all disciplines.
Sierra Coe
Sierra is 17 years from Canmore, Canada, and skis for Burke Mountain Academy. Sierra hopes to inspire the younger generations in the sport, while working towards her goal of representing Canada on the World Cup Circuit. Post injury, Sierra wants return to ski racing healthy and confidently.
Jackson Leever
Jackson is 16 years old from Vail, Colorado, and skis for Ski and Snowboard Club Vail. Jackson is excited to try his hand at the NorAm level this season as a first year FIS.
Solveig Moritz
Solveig is 16 years old from Edwards, Colorado, and skis for Ski and Snowboard Club Vail. Solveig's goals for the 2024/2025 season are to gain confidence and consistency and apply it to race days.
Julian Arthur
Julian is 19 years old from Crested Butte, Colorado, and skis for SSCV. Julian's goals for the 2024/2025 season are to have some competitive NorAm results and have fun.
Viktoria Zaytseva
Viktoria is 16 years old from Edwards, Colorado, and skis for Apex 2100. Viktoria's goals for the 2024/2025 season are to improve her rankings at NorAms and to continue to improve her overall skiing.
Tomas Holscher
Tomas is 17 years old from Chile, and skis for Stratton Mountain School in Vermont. Tomas's goals for the 2024/2025 season are to lower his world ranking for better starts and be more competitive in higher level races.
