Introducing The 2024/25 SYNC Team

VAIL, Colo.—September 3, 2024—SYNC Performance, provider of technical apparel, protective ski race equipment, and travel bags based in Vail, Colo, announces today the SYNC Junior Team for the 2024/25 season.

Today, we are thrilled to announce the 2024/25 SYNC Team! This season, we’re welcoming a dynamic blend of returning athletes and promising new talent. This year's roster, which includes sixteen elite athletes from clubs nationwide, is set to push the limits and aim for the top of the podium this season. We’re eager to support and celebrate their journey to excellence.

AUDREY CROWLEY

I’m 17 years old from Eagle, Colorado and I am a second year FIS athlete with Ski and Snowboard Club Vail. One of my goals for this season is building my confidence in races and trusting myself. This will be my second year on the SYNC Team and I’m so excited to continue working with my favorite brand. My favorite part about the SYNC Team is being apart of a community of talented SYNC athletes all across the world and being able to learn and grow from each other.

Caiyu Demaggio

I am 15 years old, raised in Sugar Hill, New Hampshire. I ski for Bretton Woods. Some of my physical goals for this season are to make flip at the NorAms, win an E-cup and U18 nationals. These are aggressive goals and I am working hard to pursue them.  Another goal I have is to stay mentally strong through the whole season. The SYNC Team creates opportunities and connections with their athletes and I am happy to be apart of it. I look forward to using more SYNC apparel.

Katharina Cosby

I’m 16 years old and from Steamboat Springs, Colorado. This year, I am a junior at Steamboat Springs High School, and I ski for the Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club (SSWSC). My goals for this season are to continue developing my skill set and to qualify for world juniors. I am so excited to be on the SYNC Team because of their unmatched athlete support, and I love the quality of the products.

Carson Hume

I am 19 and I’m from Frisco, Colorado. I am on my second gap year skiing for Ski and Snowboard Club Vail with the goal of being competitive on the Nor-am circuit as well as qualifying for World Junior Championships. I’m super excited to be apart of the SYNC Team for a second year as working with SYNC has been a huge privilege. This tight knit community of athletes is an amazing opportunity to help each other excel and succeed. With the support of SYNC and their mission I know all of my fellow athletes will all have the opportunities to succeed.

Katie Rowekamp

My name is Katie Rowekamp, I am from Girdwood Alaska, and I ski for Burke Mountain Academy. My goals for next season are to improve on pre race day preparedness, meaning I want to be able to go into a race with a better mindset and a stronger mentality. I am excited to be on the SYNC Team because I will meet many more people, make new friends, and be more connected with the ski community.

Dominick DeGuardia

My name is Dominick DeGuardia, I’m 18 years old, I’m from Turin New York, and I race for West Mountain Racing. Some of my goals for the season include  competing in World Juniors, and lowering my fis points across tech events. I’m very excited to return to the SYNC Team because it makes me a part of another community of ski racers from all over the country.

Logan Grosdidier

I’m 15 years old from Wenatchee, Washington and will be a sophomore this year. I ski for Steamboat springs winter sports club (SSWSC). My goals for this season are to aim for a top 15 result at USSA nationals and a top 3 result at u18 nationals. I really look forward to the continuous support that the SYNC Team provides for all their athletes and getting to represent one of my favorite brands.

Finlay German

I’m 16 years old, and go to Green Mountain Valley School. My goals this season are to get stronger, lower my fis points, and ski fast. I'm looking forward to embracing the twists and turns that will build me into a person ready to achieve greatness. I'm excited to be apart of the SYNC Team to build community and have more opportunity to succeed.

Roxy Coatesworth

Hi! My name’s Roxy, I’m 17 years old and I’m from Golden B.C. I grew up training in Lake Louise and now I’m racing with Apex2100 over in Europe. This year, I hope to compete in NorAm’s, world juniors, and aim to continue lowering my points in all disciplines! I’m excited to be a part of the sync team because, from experience, I know that it’s guided by a group of very determined and passionate people who want to help athletes succeed.

Gunnar Guilbert

I'm from Campton, New Hampshire and I currently ski for Waterville Valley Academy in New Hampshire. I'm 17 years old and am going into my second year of FIS. one goal of mine this season is to be in the top 30 in both SL and GS at 2 Nor Am races. One reason I look forward to being on the SYNC Junior Team next season is to continue be a part of the amazing team atmosphere that comes with the SYNC team.

Sierra Coe

Hey everyone! I’m 18 years old and am from Canmore, Alberta. This upcoming season I will ski with the Burke E-Team for a post-graduate year and am stoked to be a part of the Sync Team again. While being on the team, I hope to inspire younger athletes and enjoy everyday I can ski. My goals this year are returning to ski racing healthy and confidently then, proceed to competing later on. Once that happens, I wish to lower my points and re-enter racing the NorAm and FIS circuits.

Jackson Leever

I’m Jackson Leever. This is my 3rd official year on SYNC Team. Last year I had the privilege to represent SYNC internationally at the FESA Cup (Formerly Opa Cup), where I brought home two Silvers. My hometown is Vail, CO, where I attend Vail ski and Snowboard Academy and SSCV. This year will be my first year FIS and I’m stoked to try my hand at some NorAm’s. Looking forward to a fun Season.

Solveig Moritz

I’m 16 years old from Vail, Colorado and this season I will be a second-year FIS racer for Ski and Snowboard Club Vail. I am super excited to be a part of the Sync Junior Team and represent a company that I have loved throughout my skiing career. I am excited to be a part of a positive team and get to know more athletes in the alpine world. My goals for this season are to gain confidence and consistency with my strong skiing and apply it straight to race days. I hope to race in Europe and enjoy my time traveling while doing the sport I love!-Solveig M

Julian Arthur

My name is Julian Arthur. I’m 19 and I’m from Crested Butte, Colorado. I am an SSCV athlete. My goal for this season is to have a competitive Noram season and have fun. I’m excited to join the SYNC Team because of their cutting-edge gear and shared passion for pushing the limits in alpine skiing. Being part of a team that values innovation and performance fuels my drive to excel on the slopes.

Viktoria Zaytseva

I’m 16 years old from Edwards, Colorado and I will be skiing for Apex 2100 this season. My goals for the coming season are to improve my rankings at NorAms and to continue to improve my skiing. I am excited to be a part of the SYNC team because of the incredible community and support system that a team like this provides. I’m very grateful to be able to connect with so many high-level athletes and be a part of a positive environment with like-minded people.

Tomas Holscher

I’m 17 years old from Chile and I ski for Stratton Mountain School in Vermont. I’m going into my second year of FIS and this season I hope to lower my world ranking in order to improve my starting position and be more competitive in higher level races. I’m excited to be a part of the team so that I can represent the brand all around the world.
