Today we are very excited to announce our inaugural SYNC NCAA Team for the 2021/22 season. We have been waiting a long time for the ability to work directly with college athletes and with the change in NCAA NIL rules this summer that day has finally arrived. Our first ever team consists of eight top-level-athletes from both the RMISA and EISA.

2021-2022 SYNC NCAA Team

Madison Hoffman (University of Utah)
Stephanie Lebby (University of Vermont)
Lucia Bailey (Middlebury College)
Olivia Holm (Dartmouth College)

Tomas Birkner (University of Utah)
Francesco Gori (Westminster College)
Diego Holscher (University of Vermont)
Tobias Kogler (University of Denver)

These eight athletes represent not only some of the top skiers in the nation, but leaders in the sport that are paving a new path for all NCAA skiers. That's why we are excited to partner with each one of them to help us push the limits of our current gear and develop new products for the future.

As former NCAA athletes our staff is extremely excited to welcome this new group to the SYNC family:

“I am so excited about the launch of the SYNC NCAA Team. College skiing is such a crucial part of the success in our sport so to be able to work these these athletes and play a part in their development is amazing. Now as a company we have the chance to help athletes through their entire development pipeline from young kids on our SYNC Team onto our new NCAA team and finally as independent athletes part of SAF.  It will be great to work with all of them and strengthen our overall SYNC community”

- Parker Biele, SYNC Athlete Management

"This is an extremely exciting announcement for SYNC. As a brand, we have long been anxious to work directly with NCAA athletes. Their level of professionalism and maturity will give us the ability to acquire pointed feedback and help hone in the SYNC R&D process to better the athletes experience on all levels. The NCAA collegiate ski racing circuit is widely regarded as one of the more competitive race series in the country and these athletes have some serious speed, which will be very fun to follow along and watch this season. This new collaboration makes it possible to be able to work with athletes who are vying for respective national team spots of their own. We can’t wait to build on this program into the future and support NCAA athletes in pursuit of their goals and dreams."
