Audrey Crowley
I'm a 16 year old from Eagle Colorado and a first year FIS athlete at Ski and Snowboard Club Vail and a member of the US Para Alpine Team. One of my main goals for this season is learning how to mentally prepare for race day and trusting the things I have been working on in training. I am looking forward to representing a company that is such a large supporter of alpine racing and also a staple in the journey of young racers. In addition I am excited to meet and interact with athletes from clubs all across the country.
Finn Boissonneault
I’m 18 years old and I ski for Holderness School in New Hampshire. I will be a Senior in High School and this will be my second year on the SYNC Team and I can’t wait to be representing them again this ski season! My favorite part of being on the SYNC Team is seeing other SYNC Athletes on the slopes and getting to know one another and sharing the love for skiing!
Logan Grosdidier
I’m 14 years old from Washington. I’ll be a freshman at Wenatchee High School this fall. I ski for Steamboat springs winter sports club (SSWSC). My goals for this season are to mainly develop but to also qualify for OPA cup and U16 Nationals. I look forward to being on the SYNC junior team because I love this product and its quality.
Paige Dehart
I’m 18 years old and
I’m from Sun Valley, Idaho. I just graduated from high school and will be taking a gap year with Apex 2100, which is a team based out of France. My goals for this season are broad as I’ve never raced in Europe. I am working on gaining confidence in races and I am looking forward for nationals in Sun Valley again and I would love to get a top 10 finish there. I’m really excited to be on the SYNC Junior Team this year, as it has been something I’ve wanted to be a part of for a long time. I think the team is very positive and gives athletes the opportunities to learn and grow from each other. I’m also looking forward to representing SYNC's brand as I love all of their products.
Sierra Coe
I am 17 years old from Canmore Alberta and I ski with Burke Mountain Academy. I am excited to be part of the upcoming SYNC Junior Team as I hope to inspire younger generations in the sport, while working towards my goal of representing Canada on the World Cup circuit. In terms of next season, I would like to attend the Youth Olympics and improve my NorAm standing. Overall, the goals I have for the 23/24 season are simply to continuously improve and execute to ultimately get closer to my main goals.
Solveig Moritz
I'm 15 years old from Edwards, Colorado and I ski for Ski and Snowboard Club Vail. I am looking forward to being on the SYNC Junior Team and to be a part of an exciting, talented community and supporting a favorite brand of mine!
My goals for the season are to race with my sisters at NorAms and some University races. I'd also like to race in Europe!

I'm an 18-year-old Frisco, CO. I started racing at age 10 and I currently ski for Ski and Snowboard Club Vail. After graduating from Vail Ski and Snowboard Academy in May, I deferred my acceptance to DU to continue my ski racing journey with SSCV. My goal this season is to qualify for the FIS Alpine Junior World Ski Championships. I'm also working towards qualifying for the US Ski Team in 2024-2025.
I am honored to be a member of the SYNC Junior Team! Working together with the Brand and athletes, I know I will be supported on my quest to reach my goals this season. The dedication of the athletes and the mission of SYNC Performance, means that we all will have opportunities that may not have been available to us before. We will be afforded the chance to learn and grow from each other to drive us through our work ahead. I look forward to supporting my teammates and being a representative for the SYNC brand throughout the upcoming season.

A goal of mine for this season is achieving a top 15 world rank for the 2007 birth year. One reason I look forward to being on the SYNC Junior Team next season is to continue to use the apparel made by SYNC.
Hunter Roach
I ski for Ski and Snowboard Club Vail and I am 18 years old going into my fourth year of FIS. I'm in the middle of a big dryland phase right now before summer skiing starts. Next season I'm going in with the mentality of trying to be the fastest at every race and am looking forward to where those results can take me. I'm ecstatic to be a member of the 2023 sync team because I'm looking forward to being a part of a fast group of skiers and having familiar faces at every race.
Jackson Leever

William Steed
I'm 17 years old from Alberta (Spruce Grove). After two successful seasons in U16, I applied and got into Burke Mountain Academy. I'm thrilled with my decision to start my FIS career in the US. Next season, my goals are to reach sub 30s in both technical disciplines for a better start position in NorAms. Ultimately, I aim to be competitive on the NorAm circuit and get opportunities with the Canadian National Team. I am really looking forward to being on the SYNC Junior Team because it will help me connect with other aspiring athletes in North America. I love competition and am really excited to expand my ski racing connections with a group of talented and focused athletes.
